协同教学模式在助产专业课程的教学效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨协同教学模式在助产专业课程的开设效果。方法:选取2018年到我科实习的31名学生为对照组,采用常规助产教学;选取2019年到我科实习的35名学生为实验组,在常规护理教学的基础上进行协同教学,对两组学生进行操作及理论成绩,助产核心胜任能力进行教学评价。结论:将协同教学模式应用于助产专业学生培养过程中,提高了助产专业学生的核心胜任能力、理论成绩、实践技能,为助产专业学生核心胜任能力培养提供有益借鉴。 Objective:To explore the effect of co-teaching mode in midwifery professional courses.Methods:Thirty-one students who came to our department for internship in 2018 were selected as the control group with conventional midwifery teaching;the experimental group was 35 students who came to our department in 2019 with co-teaching on the basis of conventional nursing teaching,and the students in both groups were evaluated for their operational and theoretical achievements and midwifery core competencies for teaching.Conclusion:Applying the co-teaching model to the training process of midwifery students improved the core competency,theoretical performance,and practical skills of midwifery students,and provided useful reference for the cultivation of core competency of midwifery students.
