摘要
基于传统大功率变流器在提高输出电压等级时的可靠性问题,研究一种采用中性点箝位(NPC)拓扑结构,采用集成门极换流晶闸管(IGCT)器件研制出IGCT三电平变流器。结合电压/频率(V/F)控制的变速原理,采用了空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)方法实现机侧变速,并通过试验验证了V/F控制变速的可靠性及调制算法的可行性。
Based on the reliability problem of the traditional high-power converter in improving the output voltage level,an IGCT three-level converter is developed by using the integrated gate converter thyristor(IGCT)device with neu-tral point clamp(NPC)topology.Combining with the vari-speed principle of voltage/frequency(V/F)control,the vari-speed of the machine side is realized by space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM).The reliability of V/F con-trol vari-speed and the feasibility of modulation algorithm are verified by test.
