摘要
目的研究肿瘤患者专用型肠内营养乳剂对肿瘤化疗患者营养状况和免疫功能的影响。方法选取2016年3月—2018年3月在我院接受化疗的84例肿瘤患者为研究对象,按照营养方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。两组患者均予以常规化疗治疗,对照组患者按照其具体营养状态予以常规营养干预,观察组患者予以肠内营养乳剂支持治疗。比较两组患者化疗前后各项营养指标、免疫功能指标以及不良反应的差异。结果化疗后,观察组患者血清总蛋白、前清蛋白、转铁蛋白、血红蛋白水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后,观察组患者CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,而CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组白细胞减少、血小板减少、恶心呕吐、失眠、静脉炎的发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肠内营养乳剂可有效改善肿瘤化疗患者的营养状况及免疫功能,且不增加不良反应发生风险,安全性较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effects of tumor patient-specific enteral nutritional emulsion on the nutritional status and immune function of tumor patients with chemotherapy.Methods A total of 84 tumor patients who received chemotherapy in our hospital between March 2016 and March 2018 were selected in the study.They were divided into observation group and control group according to different nutritional methods,with 42 patients in each group.All patients were treated with conventional chemotherapy.Patients in control group were treated with conventional nutritional intervention according to their specific nutritional status.And those in observation group were intervened with enteral nutritional emulsion supportive treatment.The differences of nutritional status,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after chemotherapy.Results After chemotherapy,the levels of serum total protein,prealbumin,transferrin and hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The CD4^(+)level and the CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than in the control group,while the CD8^(+)level was lower than in the control group,with statistical differences (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,nausea and vomiting,insomnia and phlebitis between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion Enteral nutrition emulsion can effectively improve the nutritional status and immune function of tumor chemotherapy patients without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.It is safe and worthy of clinical application.
