摘要
以二硫化碳与水合肼为原料反应生成二氨基硫脲,经冰醋酸加热至回流,制备5-甲基-4-氨基-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮,再分别与对甲氧基苯甲醛、苯甲醛和对硝基苯甲醛反应得到席夫碱化合物。利用失重法测定腐蚀速率,得到缓蚀效果较好的缓蚀剂。结果表明,该席夫碱在盐酸介质中,对碳钢具有良好的缓蚀效果。
Carbon disulfide and hydrazine hydrate were used as raw materials to produce diaminothiourea,and 5-methyl-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione was then prepared by reflux of glacial acetic acid.Different trizolthione schiff base compounds were finally obtained by reacting with benzaldehyde,p-nitrobenzaldehyde,and p-methoxybenzaldehyde,respectively.The corrosion inhibition rate of each schiff base was investigated on the basis of the weight-loss method.The results showed that the schiff base can be taken as an excellent corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel in hydrochloric acid medium.
