摘要
目的:探讨血液净化模式治疗终末期肾病的应用效果,并分析其优势特点。方法:选择我院2019年10月至2020年12月终末期肾病患者42例,对照组21例采用常规的血液透析治疗,观察组21例采用高通量血液透析(HFHD)的方法,比较两组的肾功能指标、炎症以及心脏功能指标变化情况。结果:相比对照组,观察组的肾功能指标尿素氮(BUN),血清肌酐(Cr)清除率明显提高,炎症指标IL-6、IL-18、TNF-α表达水平显著降低,心脏功能的四项指标均显著改善(P<0.05),表明治疗效果好。结论:HFHD模式可显著改善患者的肾功能和炎症反应,同时能够减轻心脏负荷,可作为临床治疗终末期肾病的途径之一。
Objective:To explore the application effect of blood purification mode in the treatment of end-stage renal disease,and analyze its advantages.Methods:42 patients with end-stage renal disease in our hospital from October 2019 to December 2020 were selected,21 patients in the control group were treated with conventional hemodialysis,and 21 patients in the observation group were treated with high-throughput hemodialysis(HFHD).Compare the two The changes of renal function indexes,inflammation and heart function indexes in the group.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group's renal function indexes urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Cr)clearance rate were significantly increased,inflammation indexes IL-6,IL-18,TNF-αexpression levels were significantly reduced,and cardiac function was improved.The four indicators were significantly improved(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effect is good.Conclusion:HFHD mode can significantly improve the renal function and inflammatory response of patients,and at the same time reduce the load on the heart,it can be used as one of the ways of clinical treatment of end-stage renal disease.
