摘要
为解决郭庄煤矿采煤工作面甲烷传感器频繁标定、稳定性差的问题,通过分析激光甲烷传感器的工作原理,对不同环境下传感器的稳定性进行试验分析,测试高温湿度下激光甲烷传感器的检测精度,通过与催化式甲烷传感器检测精度对比,结果表明:激光甲烷传感器的检测精度高、响应速度快,能实时检测工作面内甲烷气体浓度,保证矿井的安全高效生产。
In order to solve the problem of frequent calibration and poor stability of the methane sensor in the coal mining face of Guozhuang Coal Mine,by analyzing the working principle of the laser methane sensor,the stability of the sensor under different environments is tested and analyzed,and the laser methane sensor is tested under high temperature and humidity.Compared with the detection accuracy of the catalytic methane sensor,the results show that the detection accuracy of the laser methane sensor is high,the response speed is fast,and it can detect the methane gas concentration in the working face in real time,ensuring the safe and efficient production of the mine.
