摘要
目的探讨聚焦解决模式干预预防卵巢癌术后并发症的效果。方法将90例卵巢癌患者根据是否实施聚焦解决模式干预分为观察组(给予聚焦解决模式护理,45例)和对照组(给予常规护理,45例)。比较两组患者心理状态、疾病认知水平、术后并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果干预前,两组患者医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)中焦虑、抑郁维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);干预后,两组患者HADS中焦虑、抑郁维度评分均降低,且观察组患者均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。入院时,两组患者疾病知识、手术适应证、术后并发症、预防措施、注意事项评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);出院时,两组患者疾病知识、手术适应证、术后并发症、预防措施、注意事项评分均升高,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论对卵巢癌术后患者实施聚焦解决模式进行干预能够有效降低术后并发症的发生率,有利于患者负性心理地改善,加深患者对疾病的了解,且能够拉近护患关系,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of the solution-focused intervention on preventing postoperative complications of ovarian cancer.Method A total of 90 patients with ovarian cancer were divided into observation group(treated with focused solution mode,45 cases)and control group(treated with routine care,45 cases)according to whether the solution-focused model was implemented.The psychological state,disease cognition level,postoperative complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression in the hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On admission,there were no significant differences in the scores of disease knowledge,surgical indications,postoperative complications,preventive measures,and precautions between the two groups(P>0.05).At discharge,the scores of disease knowledge,surgical indications,postoperative complications,preventive measures,and precautions in the two groups were all increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of the solution-focused model for postoperative patients with ovarian cancer could effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,which is conducive to the improvement of patients’negative psychology,deepens the patients’knowledge of the disease and can shorten the relationship between nurses and patients,which is worthy of popularization and further applicati
