摘要
为了解决油田企业在信息化建设和信息资源管理过程中存在的数据"看不到"、"读不懂"、数据标准不统一、信息孤岛导致数据共享不充分等问题,以实现企业数据资源统一组织管理与开放共享,基于国内外信息资源规划和数据管理成熟理论,设计提出了"业务-系统-数据关联法"摸底梳理企业业务、数据资源和系统现状及需求。从业务入手,梳理企业业务架构以构建油田业务模型,并基于企业标准数据模型结合业务系统数据模型、用户视图与业务需求等分析梳理企业数据资源,设计统一的数据元标准和规范化的企业级数据模型描述数据资源。最后基于数据模型以业务分类构建油田数据资源目录,初步形成油田数据资源"总账本",实现了对油田数据资源的统一管理与有序组织、共享开放检索、定位与获取,并为日后数据资源目录服务系统的架构设计与功能开发提供思路与方法支撑。
In order to solve the problem of data "invisible", "incomprehensible",inconsistent data standards, and insufficient data sharing caused by information islands in the process of information construction and information resource management of oilfield enterprises, and realize the unified organization and management and open sharing of enterprise data resources, based on the mature theories of domestic and foreign information resource planning and data management, we design and put forward the "business-system-data association method" to sort out the enterprise’s business, data resources, system status and requirements. Starting from the business, the enterprise business architecture is sorted out to build the oilfield business model. Based on the enterprise standard data model, the enterprise data resources are analyzed and sorted out in combination with the business system data model, user view and business requirements, and a unified data metadata standard and a standardized enterprise-level data model are designed to describe the data resource. Finally, based on the data model, the catalogue of oilfield data resources is constructed by business classification, and the "general ledger" of oilfield data resources is preliminarily formed, which realizes the unified management and orderly organization of oilfield data resources, shared and open retrieval, positioning and acquisition, and provides ideas and methods support for the architecture design and function development of data resource catalog service system in the future.
