基于PROFIBUS-DP协议的故障诊断系统研究

摘要 针对PROFIBUS-DP总线系统网络在强电磁、强腐蚀、强震动、高温等复杂的现场工作环境中出现的故障问题,提出以ARM+FPGA架构的现场总线故障诊断系统,可在线监测网络站点状态、报文实时采集、物理层波形测量,同时可对DP通讯过程数据长时间记录。现场测试数据表明,设计的故障诊断系统能够实现对DP现场总线相关参数的采集、接收、传输、显示和存储。 In view of the failure of the PROFIBUS-DP bus system network in the complex field working environment such as strong electromagnetic,strong corrosion,strong vibration,and high temperature,a fieldbus fault diagnosis system based on the ARM+FPGA architecture is proposed,which can monitor the status of network sites,collect messages in real time,and measure physical layer waveforms.At the same time,it can record DP communication process data for a long time.The field test data shows that the designed fault diagnosis system can realize the collection,acceptance,transmission,display and storage of DP fieldbus related parameters.
