摘要
为研究二叔丁基过氧化物-甲苯体系的热分解特性及其热危险性,采用质量分数20%二叔丁基过氧化物为研究对象,利用绝热加速量热仪(ARC)探究不同升温速率和样品质量对其热分解行为的影响;并分别利用Townsend方法和外推法获取了混合体系达到最大反应速率所需的时间为24 h对应的温度T_(D24),并分析对比了两种方法计算结果的不同之处,为二叔丁基过氧化物的储存、运输和使用安全提出有效参考。
In order to study the thermal decomposition characteristics and thermal hazards of the di-tert-butyl peroxide-toluene system,20%di-tert-butyl peroxide was used as the research object.And Adiabatic Accelerated Calorimeter(ARC)to explore the effects of different heating rates and sample quality on its thermal decomposition behavior;and use the Townsend method and extrapolation method to obtain the time required for the mixed system to reach the maximum reaction rate of 24 hours.Temperature T_(D24),and analyzed and compared the difference between the calculation results of the two methods,and made recommendations for the safe storage,transportation and use of di-tert-butyl peroxide.
