摘要
目的运用文献计量学方法对我国专科护士研究相关文献进行分析,了解近5年我国专科护士研究的热点和发展趋势。方法检索中国知网、万方医学数据库、维普数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库收录的2016年—2021年发表在2020版中国科技核心期刊(医学类)的专科护士相关文献,将文献的主要主题词导入书目共现分析系统(Bibliographic Items Co-Occurrence Matrix Builder,BICOMB)软件进行文献计量学分析,得到高频主题词,形成主题词词篇矩阵、共现矩阵,采用BICOMB软件和gCLUTO软件进行词频分析和共词聚类分析。结果最终获取相关文献795篇,截取高频主题词29个。近5年我国专科护士文献发表量总体呈稳定趋势。经双向聚类分析得出专科护士领域的4个研究热点:专科护士的培训、专科护士主导的延续护理、专科护理门诊和多学科协作、专科护士的职业发展。结论我国专科护士研究主题呈多样化发展,但主要聚焦于专科护士的培训方面,专科护士的作用有待进一步延续和发展。
Objective To analyse specialist nurses related research in China so as to investigate the hotspots and trends of researches conducted by the specialist nurse overlast five years.Methods Articles related to specialist nurses published in the Chinese key journals from 2016 to 2021 were searched for through the databanks such as Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wangfang Data/Medical,China Science and Technology Journal Database and China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisk).The key subject words were imported into the bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system BICOMB for bibliometric analysis,then the high-frequency subject words were obtained to generate the lexical matrix and co-occurrence matrix.The analyses for words frequency and co-word clustering were conducted by using the BICOMB and gCLUTO.Results A total of 795 articles were included,and 29 high-frequency subject words were extracted.Four hotspots were extracted.They were the training of specialist nurses,continuing nursing led by specialist nurses,specialised nursing clinic and multidisciplinary cooperation,career development of specialist nurses.Conclusions The research topics regarding the specialist nurses in China are diversified,but the main focus was on the training of specialist nurses.The role of specialist nurses needs to be further extended.
