摘要
人类命运共同体建设是国际社会发展的长期趋势,但是,如何在国际社会形成有效的供给,需要人类命运共同体的理念获得最广泛的认同。然而,在人类社会发展不平衡,全球普遍存在发展赤字、民主赤字的情况下,共同理念的形成就变得异常困难。跨文化交流是将人类命运共同体理念传达给世界的重要方法和途径。只有通过跨文化交流,国际社会对人类命运共同体形成基本一致的文化认同,才能形成一个开放有序的和谐世界。跨文化交流需要从国家间、民间以及区域层面的制度性机制建设开始。跨文化交流对人类命运共同体建设具有重要意义,终将促进人类命运共同体全面建设和发展。
Building a community with a shared future for mankind is a long-term trend for the development of the international community.However,forming an effective supply in the international community requires the most extensive recognition of the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind.Given the unbalanced development of human society and widespread development and democracy deficits in the world,the creation of a common idea has become extremely difficult.Cross-cultural exchanges are an important way to convey the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind to the world.Only through cross-cultural exchanges can the international community foster a basically consistent cultural identity over the community with a shared future for mankind and form an open and orderly harmonious world.Cross-cultural exchanges need to start with the construction of institutional mechanisms at the national,non-governmental and regional levels.They are of great significance to building a community with a shared future for mankind and will eventually promote its all-round improvement and development.
