摘要
制动系统是汽车的重要组成部分,对汽车的安全行驶至关重要。本研究针对新开发的一款12 m纯电动城市客车,探讨制动系统的优化技术并调试确定最优参数。新能源客车制动系统由电动打气泵代替发动机驱动打气泵给制动系统供气,因此,新能源客车制动性能匹配设计有别于传统客车,既要满足国标对制动系统的各项指标要求,又不能过多的消耗能源,使整车运行达到最佳经济性能。
The brake system is an important part of the automobile,and it is very important to the safe driving of the automobile.Aiming at a newly developed 12m electric city bus,this paper discusses the optimization technology of braking system and determines the optimal parameters by debugging.The braking system of the new energy bus is supplied with air by electric air pump instead of engine driven air pump.Therefore,the matching design of the braking performance of the new energy bus is different from that of the traditional bus,not only must satisfy the national standard to the braking system each target request,but also can not consume the excessive energy,causes the entire vehicle movement to achieve the best economic performance.
