摘要 应用TRIZ理论找到了解决铝卷产品冷轧打底折印的思路与方法,依靠物场模型分析、物理矛盾分析以及因果分析等分析方法成功解决铝卷产品带材打底折印缺陷。新方案通过多层阶梯式毛毡使带头与铝卷间接触形成阶梯式的厚度过渡、打底时采用分段张力控制减轻打底层的受力、采用全自动控制头尾轧制保证整卷铝卷厚度一致等方式,极大减轻了带材的折印缺陷,降低了产品不良率。 Using TRIZ theory to inspire the idea of solving the cold-rolling-wrinkle of aluminum foil products,relying on the analysis methods of the material field model analysis,physical contradiction analysis,resource analysis and so on,to give a solution to the wrinkle of strip for aluminum foil products successfully.The new solution makes the stepped thickness transition between the head of the aluminum coil and the aluminum coil through the multi-layer stepped felt,uses multiple tension-control to reduce the force in the core of aluminum coil,Adopts full-automatic rolling technology to contorl the thickness of of the aluminum coil of head and tail,and ensure the same thickness of the whole aluminum coil,which reduces the wrinkle of strip greatly and reduces the defective rate of products.
