摘要
防抱死制动系统(ABS:Anti-lock Braking System)的镀锌紧固件在存储过程中发生锈蚀。分别从大气腐蚀影响因素、腐蚀形貌及能谱分析(EDS)等方面分析了镀锌紧固件的锈蚀原因,并提出合理化建议,避免再次发生类似的锈蚀问题。
Corrosion of galvanized fasteners in anti-lock braking system(ABS)during storage. The causes of galvanized fasteners corrosion were analyzed from influence factors of atmospheric corrosion,corrosion morphology and energy dispersive spectrum analysis(EDS), and rationalization suggests was proposed to avoid similar corrosion problems again.
