摘要
为充分挖掘管道内外检测数据的有用信息,以管道内检测数据为基准,将其与外检测数据对齐,形成以位置信息为基准的内外检测对齐数据库,进而明确影响管道安全运行的主要因素。依托某天然气管道工程,利用内外检测数据对齐方法实现了数据对齐,并对管道腐蚀趋势进行综合分析与开挖验证,结果表明:该管道阴极保护状态良好,土壤电阻率和交/直流杂散电流使外防腐层破损点处形成腐蚀的可能性小;开挖验证证实在管道外壁存在金属损失处和管道外防腐层有破损处均未发现腐蚀行为。内外检测数据实现对齐有利于研究外部环境对管道安全的影响,进而完善管道完整性评价体系。
In order to fully mine the useful information of the internal and external inspection data of pipeline, the external inspection data is aligned against the internal inspection data, forming an alignment database of internal and external inspection based on the location information, so as to identify the main factors affecting the safe operation of pipeline. With reference to the engineering example of a natural gas pipeline, the alignment and comprehensive analysis of pipeline data were realized with the internal and external inspection data alignment method. The analysis results show that the pipeline is in a good state of cathodic protection. It is of little possibility for the soil resistivity and AC/DC stray current to form corrosion at the damage points of the external anticorrosive coating. In addition, no corrosion was found at the places with metal loss on the outer wall and at the damage points of the external anticorrosive coating of pipeline by excavation.Generally, the aligned internal and external inspection data is in favor of studying the impact of external environment on the safe operation of pipeline, further to improve the integrity assessment system.
