摘要
为了降低陕京管道系统能耗,优化陕京管道系统输送方案,以陕京管道系统为研究对象,运用TGNET仿真模拟软件,在能耗分析的基础上进行系统优化。经过多方案对比得出,多条管道组成的管道系统的最优输量配置并非是优先选择大口径管道输送,而要综合考虑管道的负荷率。研究结果认为,在实际生产中,能耗最优的输送方案需要根据管道输量情况具体分析得出。研究结果可为其他大型管道系统的生产运营提供一定借鉴。
This paper documents how the flow allocation of Shaanxi-Beijing gas transmission system was optimized using TGNET stimulation software,based on criteria of minimum energy consumption.Using Shaanxi-Beijing gas transmission pipeline system as an example,via comparison of different transmission options,it is concluded that for pipeline network system consisting of more than one pipeline,utilizing the pipeline with largest diameter as priority for flow allocation is not always the optimal transportation scheme.Instead we have to take into consideration the overall situation of the loading on each pipeline.In real life production operations,the optimal transmission scheme to achieve the lowest energy consumption has to take into consideration of the flow-rate and loading of the pipelines in the analysis.The conclusion of the research would provide valuable reference for production and operations of similar pipeline systems.
