摘要
事故紧急呼叫系统能为发生交通事故后的人员安全提供保障,目前,许多国家都将其纳入强制标准。本文对事故紧急呼叫系统的功能做了介绍,并对《关于事故紧急呼叫系统的统一规定》(UN R144)与《事故紧急呼叫系统测试标准》(2017/79/EU)这两个标准进行了比对与分析。
The accident emergency call system can provide protection for the safety of personnel after a traffic accident. At present, many countries have included it in mandatory standards. This paper introduces the functions of the emergency call system, and compares and analyzes the two standards "Uniform Provision Concerning the Accident Emergency Call System "(UN R144) and "Requirements for the Deployment of the e Call In-vehicle System"(2017/79/EU).
