摘要
随着国家“双一流”政策的实施,为应用型地方本科高校带来了发展机遇,同时也带来了巨大挑战,地方本科院校同样存在建设和发展特色优势学科的内在冲动与外在压力。本文首先分析地方本科院校优势特色学科建设的困境,然后提出了解决困境的对策。应用型地方本科高校应审时度势,准确定位,精心布局,把握优势特色学科内在特点、利用地域优势、优化学科结构,提升学科发展内涵和质量。
With the implementation of the national"double first-class"policy,it brings development opportunities for application-oriented local undergraduate colleges and universities,and also great challenges.Local undergraduate universities also have the internal impulse and external pressure to build and develop characteristic and advantageous disciplines.This paper first analyzes the dilemma of the construction of advantageous and characteristic disciplines in local undergraduate universities,and then puts forward the countermeasures to solve the dilemma.Application-oriented local universities should evaluate the situation,accurately position,carefully layout,grasp the internal characteristics of dominant characteristic disciplines,make use of regional advantages,optimize the discipline structure,and improve the connotation and quality of discipline development.
