基于“多维度教学”的运动营养学教学模式研究

摘要 当今社会发展迅速,知识爆炸式增长,技术迭代更是日新月异,互联网和便携设备的技术进步,使得搜索和学习任何人们感兴趣的东西变得更加容易和方便。传统的教学方法已无法满足社会的需求,而且越来越多的高质量大规模在线公开课程(MOOCs)打破了传统大学和课堂的界限。在这种情况下,学生在课堂上获取知识,变得不再是最重要的,真正重要的是学生的学习兴趣、学习能力及思维方式的养成。该文以运动营养学为背景,介绍了多维度教学模式的课程设计及对学生学习过程的引导和监督。 Today’s society is developing rapidly,knowledge is growing explosively,and technology iteration is changing with each passing day.Technological advances on the Internet and portable devices have made it easier and more convenient to search for and learn anything people are interested in.Traditional teaching methods can no longer meet the needs of society.Moreover,more and more high-quality large-scale online open courses(MOOCS) break the boundary between traditional universities and classrooms.In this case,it is no longer the most important for students to acquire knowledge in class.What is really important is the cultivation of students’ learning interest,learning ability and way of thinking.Based on sports nutrition,this paper introduces the curriculum design of multi-dimensional teaching mode and the guidance and supervision of students’ learning process.
