摘要
创伤性脑损伤序贯触发时空动态炎症损伤,启动神经炎症反应。炎症小体作为炎症反应的重要组成部分,其过度活化与创伤性脑损伤的发展密切相关,而包含caspase募集结构域(CARD)的凋亡相关斑点样蛋白(ASC)是一种参与炎症小体组装和焦亡的衔接蛋白。ASC在寡聚、聚集成丝、自我组装成斑点等时空动态演进过程中对神经炎症具有重要作用。本文就ASC结构特点及其在创伤性脑损伤中的作用机制进行综述,旨在为创伤性脑损伤的治疗提供新思路与新策略。
Traumatic brain injury sequentially trigger spatio-temporal dynamic inflammatory injury and initiate neuroinflammatory response.As an important part of inflammatory response,the overactivation of inflammasome is closely related to the development of traumatic brain injury.Apoptosis-associated speck-like protein(ASC)containing caspase recruitment domain(CARD)is an adaptor protein involved in inflammasome assembly and pyroptosis.ASC plays an important role in neuroinflammation during the spatiot emporal evolution of oligomerization,aggregation into filaments and self-assembly into specks.This paper reviews the structural characteristics of ASC and its mechanism in traumatic brain injury,aiming to provide new ideas and strategies for the treat ment of traumatic brain injury.
