摘要
目的探讨中老年乳腺癌化疗患者一般自我效能感及心理状态现状,并分析两者的关系及相关因素。方法选取新乡市中心医院2020年5月至2021年5月收治的74例中老年乳腺癌化疗患者作为研究对象。收集患者基本资料,采用自我效能感评分(GSES)评估患者自我效能感,采用心理状态症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估患者心理状态,分析患者目前自我效能感及其心理状态的相关因素,讨论两者间的关联性。结果中老年乳腺癌化疗患者GSES评分为(23.04±4.51)分,SCL-90评分平均为(237.69±13.18)分,患者自我效能感较低,心理状态较差。患者不同年龄、受教育程度、病理分期、化疗时间、婚姻状况、手术方式、家庭平均月收入、是否接受过心理辅导等资料的GSES评分、SCL-90评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,中老年乳腺癌化疗患者GSES评分、SCL-90评分与年龄、病理分期、化疗时间、婚姻状况、受教育程度、手术方式、家庭平均月收入、是否接受过心理辅导存在一定相关性(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,中老年乳腺癌化疗患者GSES评分与其SCL-90评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论中老年乳腺癌化疗患者目前自我效能感较低,心理状态较差,自我效能感与心理状态呈负相关,且相关因素较多,护理人员应注重患者心理状态管理,提升其自我效能感。
Objective To explore the general self-eficacy and psychological status of middle-aged and elderly breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,and to analyze the relat ionship and related factors between the two.Methods A total of 74 middle-aged and elderly breast cancer chemotherapy patients in Xinxiang Central Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.The basic data of the patients were collected.General self-efficacy score(GSES)was used to evaluate patents’self-efficacy.Symptom check list-90(SCL-90)was used to evaluate patients’psychological status.The factors related to patients’current self-efficacy and psychological state were analyzed and the correl ation between them was discussed.Results The GSES score of middle-aged and elderly breast cancer chemotherapy patients was(23.04±4.51)points,and the average score of SCL-90 was(237.69±13.18)points.The patients had low self-efficacy and poor psychological status.Comparison of GSES score and SCL-90 score of patients with different age,education level,pathological stage,chemotherapy time,marital status,surgical method,average family monthly income,whether they have received psychological counseling,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis results showed that,middle-aged and elderly breast cancer chemotherapy patients with GSES score,SCL-90 score and age,pathological stage,chemot herapy time,marital status,education level,operation method,family average monthly income,whether they have received psychological counseling have certain correlation(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the GSES score of middle-aged and elderly breast cancer chemotherapy patients was negatively correlated with their SCL-90 score(P<0.05).Conclusion Middle-aged and elderly patients with breast cancer chemotherapy currently have low self-efficacy and poor psychological status,and the self-ffcacy of patients is negatively correlated with their psychological status.Nursing staff should pay attention
