摘要
全面深化改革是一项复杂的系统工程,注重系统性、整体性、协同性是全面深化改革的内在要求,也是推进改革的重要方法。习近平总书记告诫全党与全国人民要在决定推进改革的过程中,统筹兼顾各方利益,不断探索改革的内在规律,正确处理好解放思想与实事求是的关系、处理好摸着石头过河与顶层设计的关系、处理好增量推进的局部改革与全面推进的整体改革的关系、处理好改革、发展与稳定的关系,在全面深化改革上取得新突破。
Comprehensively deepening the reform is a complex and systematic project.Paying attention to systematicness,integrity and coordination is the inherent requirement of comprehensively deepening the reform,and it is also an important method to promote the reform.General Secretary Xi Jinping warned the whole party and the people of the whole country to take into account the interests of all parties in the process of deciding to promote the reform,constantly explore the inherent laws of reform,correctly handle the relationship between emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts,the relationship between crossing the river by feeling the stones and top-level design,the relationship between incrementally advanced partial reforms and comprehensively advanced overall reforms,and the relationship between reform,development and stability,so as to make new breakthroughs in comprehensively deepening reforms .
