摘要
随着城市规模的扩大和机动车保有量的增加,交通需求不断膨胀。如何有效改善城市交通状况,不仅需要深入分析交通现状,还需要从居民的视角探索对交通的满意度。该文以成都的一个中心城区(龙泉驿区)为例,在问卷调查的基础上,首先分析了龙泉驿区交通的现状,然后选择该区居民出行常用的公交车、地铁、出租车(含网约车)、共享单车这4种交通工具,利用模糊综合评价法对其满意度进行评价。
With the expansion of the scale of cities and the increase in the number of motor vehicles,the demand for transportation continues to expand.How to effectively improve urban traffic conditions requires not only in depth analysis of traffic status,but also exploration of traffic satisfaction from the perspective of residents.Taking a central urban area of Chengdu(Longquanyi District)as an example,based on the questionnaire survey,this paper first analyzes the current situation of traffic in Longquanyi District,and then selects four kinds of traffic tools commonly used by residents in this district:bus,subway,taxi(including online car hailing)and shared bicycle,and uses the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to evaluate their satisfaction.
