摘要
在时代会计管理环境下,通过体制改革、通过工作优化,保障以更加科学合理、准确高效的方式组织工作,也以动态发展变化的管理方式来实现立足事业单位内部发展情况及时有效地对管理进行优化,以事业单位良好的财务管理效果来推动单位各项工作顺利有序地开展。该文分析了事业单位日常工作中会计财务管理的组织意义,从时代发展背景出发提出了新时代事业单位会计财务创新的措施。
In the accounting management environment of the times,through system reform and work optimization,we can ensure to organize work in a more scientific,reasonable,accurate and efficient way,and also realize the timely and effective optimization of management based on the internal development of public institutions through dynamic development and change management,this paper analyzes the organizational significance of accounting and financial management in the daily work of public institutions,and puts forward the measures of accounting and financial innovation of public institutions in the new era.
