摘要
资源可获性与居民自组织可持续发展直接紧密相连,并影响着自组织的公益程度。随着居民自组织规模的扩张,社区内部资源的逐步开发与整合、外部资源的链接与汲取势在必行。实证研究表明,不同类型自组织所需资源存有差异,且有合作互动的可能性,他们能够肩负起培育具有担当责任的社区公民重任。
Resource accessibility is directly related to the sustainable development of self-organizationand affects the degree of self-organizing public welfare.With the expansion of residents’self-organization,it is imperative to carry out internal devel⁃opment and integration of community resources to seek external resources.Empirical studies show that different types of self-or⁃ganizing have different resource needs and there are possibilities of cooperation among them.The cooperation practice can nur⁃ture responsible community citizens.
