阐述农村小水电站改造建设前的条件,技术要点,包括水轮机机型和机组装机台数的合理选择、输水设施和机电设备的改造升级、农村小水电智能化建设、下泄流量设施的监测系统。
This paper expounds the conditions and technical points before the reconstruction and construction of rural small hydropower stations, including the reasonable selection of turbine models and installed units, the transformation and upgrading of water transmission facilities and electromechanical equipment, the intelligent construction of rural small hydropower stations, and the monitoring system of discharge facilities.
