外泌体携带的microRNAs在乳腺癌中的作用

摘要 乳腺癌是全球女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,在我国女性恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率中排首位。外泌体是直径在30~100 nm的特异性分泌膜泡,通过与靶细胞的特异性结合参与细胞间信息传递。因其内携带的m RNA、microRNA和蛋白质等生物大分子与肿瘤的发生发展、侵袭转移和耐药相关,近年来逐渐成为乳腺癌领域中的研究热点。本文就外泌体携带的microRNAs在乳腺癌的疾病发生、侵袭、诊断及治疗中的研究进展做一综述,以期为该病的治疗提供帮助。 Breast cancer is the most common malignancy among women in the world and ranks first in the morbidity and mortality of female malignancy in China.Exosomes are specific secretory vesicles with a diameter of 30-100 nm,which are involved in cell-to-cell information transmission through specific binding with target cells.Biological macro-molecules,such as mRNA,microRNA and protein,are related to the occurrence,development,invasion,metastasis and drug resistance of tumors,and have gradually become a research hotspot in the field of breast cancer in recent years.This paper reviews the research progress of exosome-derived microRNAs in the occurrence,invasion,diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer,in order to provide help for the treatment of the disease.
