特殊运行工况下水库预泄调度方式研究 被引量:3

摘要 因滁州市某水库特殊的实际运行工况,当遭遇较大洪水时,极易导致水库发生洪水漫顶现象,危害水库安全、降低水库防洪能力。针对这一问题,在充分考虑该水库特殊运行工况及调度约束条件的基础上,研究并提出在洪水到来前24 h,按一定预泄流量提前将水库水位从汛限水位降至某个水位,增加防洪库容;在洪水经过时,再根据批复的洪水调度方式进行调度。为确定预泄水位,首先采用"84办法"计算该区域各频率洪水,然后计算水库预泄后的库容量,从而得到预泄水位。结果表明,所提出的预泄方式能很好地解决该水库防洪能力不足的问题。 Due to the special actual operating conditions of a reservoir in Chuzhou City,when a large flood is encountered,it is very easy to cause overtopping of the reservoir,which will endanger the safety of reservoir and reduce the flood control capacity of reservoir.In view of this problem,on the basis of fully considering the special operating conditions and dispatching constraints of the reservoir,a reservoir pre-discharge dispatching mode is put forward.It is proposed to reduce the reservoir water level to a certain level from the flood limit water level according to a certain pre-discharge flow in advance 24 hours before the arrival of flood to increase reservoir flood control storage capacity,and then operate the reservoir according to the approved flood dispatching mode when the flood is flowing into the reservoir.In order to determine the pre-discharge water level of reservoir,the “flood calculation method” formulated in 1984 is first used to calculate the floods of each frequency in the area,and then the reservoir capacity after pre-discharge is calculated to obtain the pre-discharge water level of reservoir.The actual operation results show that the proposed pre-discharge method can effectively solve the problem of insufficient flood control capacity of the reservoir.
