摘要
对某公司螺灭杀离心工序进行工艺及设备优化后,有效解决了生产的安全环保问题,同时降低了生产成本并提高了自动化生产水平。优化后的工艺和设备可在间歇性生产过滤工序、老旧设备升级等精细化工车间推广。
The problems of safety,environmental protection and production are effectively solved in a company after optimizing the process and equipment of the niclosamide ethanolamine centrifugal section;at the same time,the production cost is reduced and the automatic production level is improved.The optimized process and equipment can be popularized in fine chemical workshops such as intermittent production filtration process and upgrading of old equipment.
