摘要
物种多样性与地上生产力的关系一直是生态学研究的核心,但较少关注时间尺度上二者的关系。本研究以宁夏云雾山典型草原为研究对象,基于40年的定位观测试验,利用物种丰富度和植物多度作为物种多样性的衡量指标,地上生物量作为地上生产力的衡量指标,通过局部加权回归(Loess)、一般线性模型(GLM)等分析方法,检验物种丰富度、植物多度和地上生产力的变化趋势以及它们之间的关系。结果表明:在过去40年,物种丰富度和地上生物量随时间的变化整体表现为“单峰”状,即演替前期(1982—1993)上升、演替中期(1994—2011)相对平缓,演替后期(2012—2021)下降的变化模式,而植物多度则整体呈上升趋势。物种丰富度-地上生物量和植物多度-地上生物量之间均表现为“单峰”关系;物种丰富度与植物多度之间则表现为“倒单峰”关系,但它们之间的关系会因演替阶段的不同而发生变化。
The relationship between species diversity and aboveground productivity has always been the core of ecological research.However,few studies have focused on the changes of species diversity,aboveground productivity,and their relationship at a temporal scale.In this study,the typical steppe of Yunwu Mountain in Ningxia was taken as the research object.Based on the 40-years positioning observation experiment,the species richness and plant abundance were used as the measurement indexes of species diversity,and the aboveground biomass was used as the measurement index of aboveground productivity.Using the local weighted regression(Loess)and general linear model(GLM),we tested the variation trend of species diversity,plant abundance,and aboveground productivity and the relationship among them.The results showed that the overall change of species richness and aboveground biomass overtime was“hump”shape in the past 40 years,namely,the increase in the early succession period(1982-1993),the relatively smooth mid-succession period(1994-2011),and the decrease in the late succession period(2012-2021),while the plant abundance showed an overall upward trend.The relationship between species richness,plant abundance,and aboveground biomass showed a“hump”relationship,and the relationship between species richness and plant abundance showed an“inverted hump”relationship,but the relationship between them was succession stages-dependent.
