摘要
目的:观察布拉酵母菌散联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗轮状病毒肠炎患儿的效果。方法:选取86例轮状病毒肠炎患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组采用消旋卡多曲颗粒口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合布拉酵母菌散口服治疗,比较两组治疗效果、止泻时间、呕吐停止时间、退热时间、治疗前后血清炎性因子[白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-10、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.67%(42/43),明显高于对照组的76.74%(33/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组止泻时间、呕吐停止时间和退热时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-10、IL-6和CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布拉酵母菌散联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗轮状病毒肠炎患儿可提高治疗总有效率,缩短止泻时间、呕吐停止时间和退热时间,以及降低IL-10、IL-6和CRP水平,其效果优于单纯消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets and Racecadotril granules in treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis.Methods:86 children with rotavirus enteritis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Racecadotril granules orally,while the observation group was combined with Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets on the basis of that of the control group.The treatment effects,the antidiarrheal time,the vomiting stopping time,the fever clearance time,the serum inflammatory factor levels[interleukin(IL)-6,IL-10,C-reactive protein(CRP)]and the adverse effect rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.67%(42/43),which was significantly higher than 76.74%(33/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The antidiarrheal time,the vomiting stopping time and the fever clearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-10,IL-6 and CRP in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group was lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P>0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets and Racecadotril granules in the treatment of the children with rotavirus enteritis can improve the total effective rate of treatment,shorten the antidiarrheal time,the vomiting stopping time and the fever clearance time,and reduce the IL-10,IL-6 and CRP levels.Moreover,it is superior to single Racecadotril granules.
