区域轨道交通综合客运枢纽运能协调优化模型 被引量:2

Coordination and Optimization Model of Transportation Capacity for Regional Rail Transit Comprehensive Passenger Transport Hub

摘要 区域轨道交通综合客运枢纽汇集了铁路、城市轨道交通、城市公交和出租车等多种交通方式,各类交通系统相互配合,实现枢纽的客流集散功能.但其集散能力在客流高峰期易出现瓶颈,需要进一步协调运力资源.文中考虑提高运能协调度、降低运营成本的双重目标,构建运能协调匹配的多目标优化模型,提出应用功效系数法对多目标问题转化为单目标问题进行.并以成都东站为例,通过运用考虑运营成本约束的多目标运能协调优化模型降低运营成本46.52%. The regional rail transit integrated passenger hub brings together various modes of transportation,such as railway,urban rail transit,urban bus and taxi.All kinds of transportation systems cooperate with each other to realize the hub’s passenger flow distribution function.However,its distribution capacity is prone to bottlenecks during the peak passenger flow period,which requires further coordination of transportation resources.In this paper,considering the dual objectives of improving the coordination degree of transportation capacity and reducing the operating cost,a multi-objective optimization model of transportation capacity coordination and matching was constructed,and the efficiency coefficient method was proposed to transform the multi-objective problem into a single-objective problem to solve it.Taking Chengdu East Railway Station as an example,by using the multi-objective transportation capacity coordination optimization model considering the constraints of operating cost,compared with the traditional single-objective model,the operating cost is reduced by 46.52%.
