摘要
对于云南省金平县农民来说,通过宏观角度和微观角度客观地分析收入结构的变动现状与原因都是本文研究的重要内容,无论是产业结构调整还是农民的综合文化程度、当地农民的就业观念以及家庭经营模式等方面的问题,都是影响农民收入增加和结构变动的重要原因。对此,本文提出促进金平县的相关政策革新,通过转变农民的就业观念,拓宽农民的就业渠道,加强农民就业的相关培训,改善金平县的基础设施来改善该地区农民的收入结构。
For farmers living in Jinping county,through macro and micro perspectives,objectively analyzing the current situation and reasons of changes in income structure are important parts of this study.All of the problems about industrial adjustment,policy implicationsfarmers’comprehensive educational level,local farmers’employment concept and family business model are important reasons which could have an impact on farmers’income and structural changes.According to the analysis of the causes,the essay suggest’changing the farmers’employment concept,broadening the employment channels,strengthening the education of their employment,improving the infrastructure in Jinping county,the income structure of farmers Jinping county would be improved and the farmers’income would be increased.
