剑麻加筋黏土的强度试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用剑麻纤维对浙江缙云地区黏土进行加固,通过剪切试验、无侧限抗压试验,对比分析了纤维含量及干密度对缙云地区黏土强度特性的影响,并通过其开裂形式对加固机理进行深入研究。试验结果表明:在保持含水率不变时,随着纤维含量增加,加固后黏土的黏聚力逐渐增加且增幅较大,内摩擦角稍有提高但总体变化较小;土体强度与纤维含量和试样干密度有密切关系,土体残余强度随着密度和纤维含量的增加有明显提高。试验结果发现,剑麻纤维通过在加筋土内部相互交织形成的纤维网,提高土颗粒间的黏聚力以抵抗和削弱剪应力,达到增强土强度的效果;干密度则改变了土体颗粒间的孔隙大小和纤维的填充状态从而提高加固效果。试验结果进一步验证了剑麻纤维可作为加固缙云地区黏土的一种有效办法。 The sisal fiber is used to strengthen the clay in Jinyun area,Zhejiang.Through shear test and unconfined compressive test,the effects of fiber content and dry density on the strength characteristics of clay in Jinyun area are compared and analyzed.The strengthening mechanism is further studied by the observation of its cracking form.The result shows that with the increase of fiber content,the cohesion of the strengthened clay increases gradually and the internal friction angle increases slightly but the overall change is small when the moisture content remains unchanged.The soil strength is closely related to fiber content and dry density,and the residual strength of soil increases obviously with the increase of fiber content and dry density.The result shows that sisal fiber interweaves with each other inside the reinforced soil to form a fiber network,which can improve the cohesion between soil particles to resist and weaken the shear stress,and achieve the effect to strengthen soil.The dry density changes the pore size between the soil particles and the filling state of the fiber so as to improve the reinforcement effect.The experimental result further verifies that sisal fiber can be used as an effective method to strengthen the clay in Jinyun area.
