摘要
目的分析胰腺癌患者胰体尾联合血管切除重建手术治疗的有效性及对患者生活质量量表(QOL)评分的影响。方法选取胰腺癌患者64例,按随机数字表法分为试验组(n=32)和对照组(n=32),对照组予以常规化疗,试验组在对照组的基础上予以胰体尾联合血管切除重建手术治疗。对比两组临床效果、不良反应发生率、中位生存时间、治疗前、治疗后6个月QOL评分。结果试验组总有效率[75.00%(24/32)]较对照组[46.88%(15/32)]高(P<0.05);试验组脱发15.63%(5/32)、恶心呕吐21.88%(7/32)、血红蛋白减少9.38%(3/32),与对照组[21.88%(7/32)、28.13%(9/32)、15.63%(5/32)]对比无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组中位生存时间较对照组长(P<0.05);治疗后6个月,试验组QOL评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论胰体尾联合血管切除重建手术应用于胰腺癌患者治疗中效果显著,不良反应发生率低,可延长术后生存时间,提高生活质量水平,改善预后。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of pancreatic body and tail combined with vascular resection and reconstruction in patients with pancreatic cancer and its impact on the quality of life scale(QOL) score.Methods 64 cases of pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=32) and the control group(n=32).The control group received routine chemotherapy, and the experimental group was treated with the combination of the pancreatic body tail and the vascular resection and reconstruction operation on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect, incidence of adverse reactions, median survival time, QOL score before and 6 months after treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group [75.00%(24/32)] was higher than that of the control group [46.88%(15/32)](P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group [21.88%(7/32),28.13%(9/32),15.63%(5/32))](P>0.05);The median survival time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05);Six months after treatment, the QOL score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pancreatic body tail combined with vascular resection and reconstruction is effective in the treatment of pancreatic cancer.The incidence of adverse reactions is low, which can prolong the postoperative survival time, improve the quality of life and improve the prognosis.
