摘要
介绍了一字排列的多储料仓顶的输送物料的可逆、可移动皮带机头所在位置的智能化判断,自动选择仓位的控制方案,并设置了相应的极限保护功能,减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,杜绝了物料入错仓情况的发生。
This paper introduces the intelligent judgment of the position of the reversible and movable belt conveyor head of the conveying materials on the top of the multi storage silos arranged in a line, the control scheme of automatically selecting the bin, and the corresponding limit protection function is set, which reduces the labor intensity of the operators, improves the work efficiency, and eliminates the occurrence of materials entering the wrong bin.
