摘要
针对开流粉磨系统水泥中出现熟料粗颗粒,逐步进行原因查找及处理,通过修复隔仓板筛板,助磨剂管道优化、改造打散分级机筛板、打散机内筒增加钢丝网等一系列的处理及技术改造,彻底解决了水泥中的硬质粗颗粒,保证了产品品质,同时还提高了磨机产量,降低了粉磨电耗。
In view of the occurrence of coarse clinker particles in the cement of the open flow grinding system, the causes are found and treated step by step. Through a series of treatment and technical transformation, such as repairing the screen plate of the compartment plate, optimizing the grinding aid pipeline, transforming the screen plate of the dispersing classifier and increasing the steel wire mesh in the inner cylinder of the dispersing machine, the hard coarse particles in the cement are completely solved, the product quality is guaranteed, and the output of the mill is improved, The grinding power consumption is reduced.
