摘要
采用选择性非催化还原反应SNCR是当前水泥生产中为降低氮氧化物排放而广泛采用的脱硝方法,由于SNCR脱硝过程流程长,反馈信号严重滞后造成还原剂与氮氧化物不能很好完成中和反应,氮氧化物排放波动大,氨逃逸现象严重。对于这种大滞后控制系统,本文采用以氮氧化物排放的相关因子为输入信号,采用最小二乘估计的方法,建立氮氧化物排放数学模型,对NOx排放进行超前估计,并结合氮氧化物实际排放值,设计模糊控制器,对氮氧化物排放进行复合控制。
The method of selective non-catalytic reduction-SNCR is normally applied for reducing NO;in exhaust gas during the process of cement producing.Due to the long technological process of SNCR,The feedback signal of NO;in exhaust gas delay too long,and the effect of SNCR system can’t do well the chemical neutralization reaction between NO;and NH;,the NO;in exhaust gas fluctuate grossly and the NH;escape very much.The SNCR control system in this paper take several relative factors as input signals to build a mathematical module for predicting NO;in exhaust gas by the method of least squares estimation,combining the final real data of NO;in exhaust gas,the fuzzy control module is designed and the NO;in exhaust gas is controlled stably during the process of cement producing.
