摘要
社会主义文化强国是社会主义现代化强国的重要构成维度。建设社会主义文化强国的命题是在党的十七届六中全会上正式提出的,而推进其建设实践则主要体现在党的十八以来以习近平为核心的党中央关于社会主义文化建设的行动和举措上。2011年以来,国内学界对社会主义文化强国的基础理论、生成逻辑、时代价值、建设困境和实践路向等进行了系统性、全方位的探讨,取得了较为丰硕的研究成果。但是,既有研究仍存在一些阈限和孱弱之处,如理论基础薄弱、概念界定模糊、问题研析粗浅和实践路径固化等。由此,今后对社会主义文化强国的理论与实践研究须从该命题出场逻辑的整体性、相关概念的准确性、现实问题的导向性、研究视角与方法的多样性等方面不断深化和完善,以期为新时代、新征程上中国共产党团结带领全国各族人民全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供坚强的思想保证和强大的精神力量。
The country with a strong socialist culture is an important part of a great modern socialist country. This concept was officially put forward at the sixth plenary session of the 17 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC), and its practice was mainly reflected in the actions and measures of building China into a country with a strong socialist culture under the leadership of the CPC with Comrade Xi Jinping’s core position on the CPC Central Committee and in the Party as a whole since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC.Since 2011, systematical and comprehensive studies have been done on its basic theory, generating logic and historical value, and on the dilemmas and practical paths of building China into a country with a strong socialist culture, and all these research have achieved relatively fruitful results. However, certain limitations and weaknesses can still be found in current research in that the theoretical basis is a bit weaker, the definition of the concept is not clear enough, the research and analysis of the relevant problems is insufficient, and the practising paths are solidified. Thereby, the future research on the country with a strong socialist culture should be theoretically and practically deepened and improved from the logic integrity of the concept presence, the accuracy of its related concepts, the orientation of practical problems, and the diversity of research perspectives and methods, thus providing solid ideological guarantees and powerful inspiration for the Communist Party of China to unite and lead all Chinese people to build a great modern socialist country in an all-round way on the new journey of the new era.
