摘要
海洋立管容易因涡激振动等因素造成疲劳损伤,从而对海洋石油生产和生态环境造成严重影响。利用监测装置获得立管运动数据可为其安全性评估提供基础,但评估结果的准确性与监测装置的安装数量和位置直接相关。本文通过使用模态清晰度指数和配置清晰度指数的计算方法以及ABAQUS模态分析相结合的方式,对在役的南海流花16-2油田中的某柔性立管进行了运动监测装置的布置优化。结果表明,此立管最少需要使用6套监测装置才可完成整根立管的监测任务,为了获取更加全面的立管整体响应信息,最终选择了7套监测装置并选取了最优布置方式。此外,本文考虑了监测装置的重量对其安装位置优化布置的影响。本文对海洋立管监测装置的布置优化说明了此种计算方法在海洋工程领域的适应性。
The Marine riser is prone to fatigue damage due to factors such as vorticity induced vibration, which will cause serious impact on offshore oil production and ecological environment. Using monitoring devices to obtain riser movement data can provide a basis for safety assessment, but the accuracy of assessment results is directly related to the number and location of monitoring devices installed. In this paper, by using the calculation method of modal clarity index and configuration clarity index and combining ABAQUS modal analysis, the layout optimization of a flexible riser motion monitoring device in Liuhua 16-2 oilfield in the South China Sea is carried out. The results show that the riser requires at least 6 sets of monitoring devices to complete the monitoring task of the whole riser. In order to obtain more comprehensive response information of the riser, 7 sets of monitoring devices were selected and the optimal arrangement mode was selected.In addition, the influence of the weight of the monitoring device on the optimal placement of its installation position is considered. This paper illustrates the adaptability of this calculation method in the field of ocean engineering for the layout optimization of Marine riser monitoring device.
