摘要 立体停车设备解决人们生活中停车难的问题,研制车库智能测控系统可以更好地实现立体车库无人化管理。文中所述基于FPGA的垂直循环式立体车库智能测控系统由监控层、控制层和执行层三层架构组成。监控层提供人机交互界面,用于接收用户输入和传输数据到控制层,实现无人化自动结账和存取车辆;控制层采用FPGA作为核心控制芯片,用于采集现场各种硬件的输入信号,经过相应的程序处理,发出控制指令;执行层由车库内硬件组成,负责执行控制层指令和处理车库内传感器信号。测控系统通过分析论证和实物联调验证,满足使用场景要求。 The stereo garage solves the problem of difficult parking in life,and the research and development of intelligent monitoring and control system is helpful to realize unmanned management.The intelligent monitoring and control system of vertical circulating stereo garage based on FPGA consists of monitoring layer,control layer and execution layer.The monitoring layer is equipped with man-machine interaction interface,which is used to receive user input data and transmit the data to the control layer to realize unmanned automatic checkout and vehicle access;The control layer is equipped with FPGA as the core control chip,which is used to collect the input signals of various hardware on site,and send out control instructions after corresponding program processing.The execution layer consists of hardware in the garage,which is responsible for executing the instructions of the control layer and processing the sensor signals in the garage.Through analysis,demonstration and physical joint debugging,the monitoring and control system was verified,and results show that the system meets requirements in actual scenarios.
