饱和蒸汽轮机飞车原因分析及对策

摘要 采用超速破坏、润滑油结焦和漆膜产生等机理,对LSA58 BM10型饱和蒸汽轮机的一起典型飞车事故进行分析,发现进汽阀卡塞是造成事故的直接原因,而发电机组解列的控制逻辑错误也为本次事故埋下了隐患,结合拆解情况和漆膜产生机理进一步找出了润滑油品管理的漏洞,为此采取了完善发电机解列控制逻辑和规范透平机润滑油使用等管理措施,消除了汽轮机组安全隐患,避免类似事故的再次发生。 A typical runaway accident of LSA58 BM10 saturated steam turbine was carried out through burst spin,coking of lubricating oil,paint film generation and the other mechanisms,then we found the vapor valve jamming is the immediate cause of accident,and the control logic error of generator set also was a hidden danger for this accident,combining with dismantling situation and paint film generation mechanism,we furtherly found the weakness on lubricant management,therefore we adopted several administrative measures,such as improvement on control logic of generator de-columnization,standard use of turbine lubricating oil and so on,so the security risks of steam turbine sets were eliminated,the similar accident was avoided.
