摘要
本文主要概述沙门菌等致病菌的特性及其所导致的危害,并对传统检测方式与聚合酶链式反应(PCR)技术进行专业对比,分别阐述不同检测手段之间的特点,并借助真实验案例,对比分析不同检测技术之间的优劣势,以及目前实际应用体系的发展。通过分析介绍PCR技术应用于检测沙门菌的各种目的基因,探讨PCR技术用于检验沙门菌的进展,并对常规PCR、多重PCR及实时定量PCR等技术简要阐述。
This paper mainly summarizes the characteristics of salmonella and other pathogenic bacteria and the resulting harm,compares the traditional detection methods with polymerase chain reaction(PCR)technology professionally,describes the characteristics of different detection methods,and comparatively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages between different detection techniques with the help of real experimental cases,as well as the current development of the practical application systems.Through the analysis of detecting various target genes of salmonella by PCR,this paper discusses the application and progress of PCR in detection of salmonella,and briefly expounds conventional PCR,multi-PCR,and real-time quantitative PCR.
