橡胶形貌对聚丙烯材料线性膨胀系数的影响

摘要 选用与聚丙烯(PP)相容性不同的2种弹性体作为PP材料的增韧剂,制备2种弹性体改性的PP材料橡胶。研究橡胶形貌对PP材料线性膨胀系数(CLTE)的影响。结果表明,橡胶形貌对最终的PP材料CLTE有着重要影响:弹性体与PP材料的相容性越好,其橡胶形貌趋向于球状分布,CLTE越高;反之,弹性体与PP材料的相容性越差,其橡胶形貌趋向于层状分布,CLTE越低。 Two kinds of elastomers with different compatibility with polypropylene(PP)were used as toughening agents to prepare two kinds of elastomer modified PP rubber.The effect of rubber morphology on the coefficient of linear expansion(CLTE)of PP was studied.The results show that the rubber morphology has an important impact on the CLTE of final PP material.The better the compatibility between elastomer and PP material,the rubber morphology tends to spherical distribution,and the higher the CLTE.On the contrary,the worse the compatibility between elastomer and PP material,the rubber morphology tends to be layered distribution,and the lower the CLTE.
