摘要
随着城市配电网的优化升级,供电质量与配电网紧密相关,为了保证配电网的安全性、可靠性、稳定性,必须要对合环倒电技术进行深入研究。对合环倒电过程中,合环电流触发继电保护动作导致合环失败的现象进行针对性研究,通过分析合环电流值与保护整定值之间的匹配关系,从而得出合环电流触发保护动作的判定依据,制定出有效的应对策略,最大限度降低合环倒电过程中合环电流对继电保护的影响,提高配电网的运行稳定性。
With the optimization and upgrading of urban distribution network,the quality of power supply is closely related to the distribution network.In order to ensure the safety,reliability and stability of the distribution network,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study of the combined-loop power transfer technology.In order to ensure the safety,reliability and stability of the distribution network,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the technology of ring-tie transfer.In the process of ring-tie transfer,the phenomenon of ring-tie current triggering relay protection action leading to ring-tie failure is studied,and by analyzing the matching relationship between the value of ring-tie current and the protection calibration value,the basis for determining the protection action triggered by ring-tie current is derived,and an effective response strategy is formulated to minimize the impact of ring-tie current on relay protection in the process of ring-tie transfer and improve the operational stability of the distribution network.
