摘要
在武汉近代城市发展史上,茶馆建筑是一道不可忽视的城市风景,颇具地方特色。该文以史料研究为基础,归纳了近代武汉三种茶馆类型:风雅型、综合型和实用型,分析其在建筑选址、风格形式、功能配置、消费对象等方面的特点;结合当代发展,指出茶馆功能"茶+X"的本质属性,及其之于茶馆创新设计的意义。
In the history of modern urban development in Wuhan, the teahouse building is an urban landscape that cannot be ignored and has local characteristics. Based on the research of historical materials, we summarize three types of teahouses and analyze their characteristics in terms of location, architectural style and function. The essential attributes of the teahouses lies in the function "tea+X" and its significance to the innovative design of teahouses is discussed.
