摘要
目的探讨内镜黏膜下注射纳米碳标记结直肠癌患者病灶的护理配合。方法选取2018年11月至2019年12月间上海宝山区仁和医院收治的行内镜黏膜下注射纳米碳标记结直肠癌病灶的32例患者,分别行术前、术中和术后护理配合。结果内镜黏膜下纳米碳标记定位术在全部32例结直肠癌患者中都得到了良好的试验结果。根据试验结果以及主治医生的反馈,均能明显标记病灶,且大部分病例均可有效示踪淋巴结,对术中快速找到病灶、术中辅助淋巴结定位和缩短手术时间起到了良好的效果。所有病例未出现出血、穿孔和腹痛等并发症。结论内镜黏膜下注射纳米碳标记结直肠癌患者病灶采用高效、优质的护理配合非常重要,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate collaboration in nursing in colorectal cancer patients receiving endoscopic submucosal injection of carbon nanoparticles labeling. Methods From November 2018 to December 2019,32 patients with colorectal cancer who received endoscopic submucosal injection of carbon nanoparticles labeling were selected at Renhe Hospital of Baoshan District. Preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative collaboration in nursing was implemented. Results Endoscopic submucosal carbon nanoparticles labeling was successfully performed in all patients. According to the feedback of surgeons,in addition to the obvious marking of the lesions,most cases can effectively trace the lymph nodes,which has a good influence on quickly finding the lesions,assisting the localization of lymph nodes and shortening the operation time. No bleeding, perforation, abdominal pain and other complications occurred in all cases.Conclusion It is very important to provide effective and high-quality collaboration in nursing in patients with colorectal cancer receiving endoscopic submucosal injection of carbon nanoparticles.
