摘要
目的恢复期脑卒中上肢痉挛偏瘫患者应用中药溻渍对上肢肌张力及血清神经递质水平的影响。方法选取开封市中医院2018年9月至2021年2月收治的107例恢复期脑卒中上肢痉挛偏瘫患者,以掷币法分组。对照组53例给予常规干预,观察组54例增加中药溻渍干预。对比两组患者上肢痉挛缓解程度、上肢运动功能、血清神经递质。结果研究组改良Ashworth量表(MAS)分级优于对照组,上肢简化Fugl-Meyer(FMA-UE)评分、改良Barthel指数评定量表(MBI)评分分别为(39.28±5.36)分、(76.24±8.40)分,均高于对照组的(33.24±5.82)分、(71.49±8.13)分,γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)水平为(9.15±1.53)μmol/L,高于对照组的(7.64±1.27)μmol/L,谷氨酸(Glu)水平为(205.27±34.23)μmol/L,低于对照组的(236.78±41.93)μmol/L,均P<0.05。结论中药溻渍联合常规康复训练能够改善恢复期脑卒中上肢痉挛偏瘫患者上肢痉挛程度及血清神经递质水平,提高上肢运动功能。
Objective To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains on upper limb muscle tension and serum neurotransmitter levels in convalescent stroke patients with upper limb spastic hemiplegia.Me thods 107 convalescent stroke patients with upper limb spastic hemiplegia treated in Kaifeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to February 2021 were divided into groups by coin throwing method.53 cases in the control group were given routine intervention,and 54 cases in the observation group were added with traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains intervention.The relief degree of upper limb spasm,upper limb motor function and serum neurotransmitters were compared between the two groups.Re s ults The scores of modified Ashworth Scale(MAS)in the study group were better than those in the control group.The scores of simplified Fugl Meyer(FMA-UE)and modified Barthel index rating scale(MBI)were(39.28±5.36)and(76.24±8.40)respectively,which were higher than those of(33.24±5.82)and(71.49±8.13)in the control group.The level ofγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)was(9.15±1.53)μmol/L,higher than that of the control group(7.64±1.27)μmol/L,the level of glutamic acid(Glu)was(205.27±34.23)μmol/L,lower than that of the control group(236.78±41.93)μmol/L,all P<0.05.Conclus ion Traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains combined with routine rehabilitation training can improve the degree of upper limb spasticity and the level of serum neurotransmitters in convalescent stroke patients with upper limb spastic hemiplegia,and improve the motor function of upper limb.
