摘要
目的研究全方位护理干预在经瞳孔温热疗法(TTT)治疗眼底视网膜疾病过程中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月-2021年3月于天津医科大学眼科医院行TTT治疗的76例眼底视网膜疾病患者,采用随机数字表法分位对照组和观察组,各38例;其中对照组行常规护理干预,观察组实施全方位护理干预,比较两组情绪状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分]、术后眼部指标[平均眼压(IOP)、黄斑中心凹厚度(CMT)、视力恢复情况[最佳矫正视力(BCVA)]及并发症情况。结果观察组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后1 d的IOP、CMT、BCVA比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后1个月IOP、CMT均低于术后1 d,BCVA均高于术后1 d,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全方位护理干预可缓解TTT患者的负性情绪,促进术后眼部指标及视力水平的改善,同时降低并发症风险。
Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of fundus retinal diseases by transpupilary thennotherpy(TTT).Methods A total of 76 patients with fundus retinal diseases who underwent TTT treatment in the Ophthalmology Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from March 2016 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The emotional state[Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score],postoperative eye indexes[average intraocular pressure(IOP),macular concave thickness(CMT),visual acuity recovery[best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)]and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IOP,CMT and BCVA at 1 day after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).The IOP and CMT of the two groups at 1 month after operation were lower than those at 1 day after operation,and the BCVA was higher than that at 1 day after operation,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with TTT,promote the improvement of postoperative eye indexes and visual acuity,and reduce the risk of complications.
